We are a small company trying to compete with much larger companies in our local market. To make our new web site competitive we were asking for some pretty big functionality. For example, we wanted a price calculator that could handle three input variables and output two different prices at the same time. We knew we were asking a lot, but Small Town Company didn’t hesitate – and they delivered a perfectly functioning product. We doubt the larger web site companies could have done a better job. Maybe “Small Town Company” should change their name to “Big City Results”
We were also vague about the overall design of our new website, however, Sam took what little we gave her, interpreted our desires perfectly and created a stunning website. We also made numerous requests for changes to both the calculator and the website. Even though changes to the calculator were complex the changes were made quickly and without complaint.
